Tommy goes out of his way to sell your house. He not only advertises in the way of the normal relate or, he also does a great video with narration for possible buyers. Tommy also has the seller write a letter to the possible buyers telling of their experiences lived in the house which brings a personal feel to it. We have not only experienced him in the recent sale of one of our houses, but also had him find our house here in Madison which is a wonderful home that we have loved and will probably be our last home, thank you so much Tommy for all of your great work and helping us find our wonderful home as well as selling our last home.

We have used Tommy's services extensively in the the last 4 months. In May, we listed our house for sale through Tommy and had an offer (which we signed) in 3 days. Tommy offered lots of suggestions for making the house more presentable, had professional pictures taken, and offers the buyer a lot of detail about the house in his website. In June, my son bought a house locally using Tommy as the buying agent. Here, Tommy's knowledge of the area and real estate market really paid off. Tommy guided him through the neighborhoods, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each one. In August we bought another house for ourselves.
